MLC Through The Month
August MLC Recap
This August has been an unforgettable month here at Mystic! We’ve packed in so much fun, adventure, and creativity, and it’s been amazing to see the kids enjoy every moment. One of the biggest highlights was our trip to Water Country, it was a huge hit! The kids had an absolute blast on the rides, splashing around, and soaking up the summer sun. We also got to spend a day at Hopkinton State Park, where we enjoyed a delicious and fun BBQ, surrounded by nature, laughter, and great company. Throughout the month, we took part in so many exciting field trips that kept everyone engaged and smiling. Back at Mystic, the fun didn’t stop. Our Nutrition Club with Daffe will always be a favorite, as the kids learned about healthy habits through fun and interactive activities, they also got to end the club with some friendly exercise games and certificates and medals. We also got creative with graffiti art lessons, launched marshmallow catapults, explored cool crystal choices, and enjoyed so many other hands-on projects that sparked imagination and curiosity. As summer comes to a close, it’s a bittersweet feeling, we’ll miss the sunshine and summer vibes, but we’re also excited for what the school year has in store. We’re looking forward to new routines, fresh opportunities, and even more fun and learning with our Mystic family. Here’s to an amazing summer and an even better school year ahead!

MELC Through The Month
August MELC Recap
August flew past us so quickly, but we got to do so many fun activities and Field Trips. Personal favorites were of course water country, and the Museum of Science. We are excited that we got to go twice in one month, getting to go to the Omnitheatre. At water country we got to ride all the big rides and went to the wave pool. We were also so sad that we had are last pool day on the 19th. We enjoyed learning how to swim with our instructor Tom, thank you for all the lessons in the Big Pool. We are also happy that we finally got to BBQ this summer at Hopkinton State Park. We are sad to see summer go but excited but nervous to start the school year. Whether it is a new school, new grade or new teacher. We are going to do great this year and learn so much and grow.
MELC KID AND STAFF HIGHLIGHTS
Emile and Charlene
Big Congratulations to this months Staff and Kid Super Stars: Emile & Charlene
Emile: Even though this is Emile's first summer, he has fit in like he has always been apart of the MELC. Emile always has a big smile on his face and he is always ready to take on the day whether its the pool or a really fun museum we go to. He is very friendly to everyone and is always lending a hand, especially to his besties at the little Mystic. We are so glad he is here, and can not wait to see what the rest of the summer brings us.
Charlene: Charlene is a great member of the little mystic and truthfully, we would not know what to do without her. She has been A1 with her choice game lately. All of them being perfectly on theme this summer. She has stepped up as a leader and she is showing she can only go up from here.
