Hawk Happenings:Parent Newsletter September 17th

Principal's Message Principal's Message

Dear Parents and Families,

Your support at home is an important part of your child’s success. Here are the current focus areas for each grade level:

  • Kindergarten: Learning letters and letter sounds

  • 1st Grade: Building oral reading fluency

  • 2nd Grade: Strengthening oral reading fluency and comprehension

Practicing these skills at home will help reinforce what learners are working on in class.

I also look forward to seeing you this Friday at our Donuts and Data event, where we will review your child’s recent DIBELS data together.

Thank you for your continued partnership!

Warm regards,
Mrs. Smith
