We had a busy, HOT week here! Students are spending a lot of time outdoors. We have sunscreen available, and students are also welcome to bring their own.

Please check out how we spent our week!

Summer Garden Care Summer Garden Care

One way to support Braintree is to tend our garden beds over the summer. Volunteers visit ~2 times during the week to complete any necessary watering or weeding. Without family support to maintain the gardens, there will be no produce or flowers in the fall. Please consider taking on a week!

Release the Trout! Release the Trout!

On Thursday, intermediate students took a trip across the corn field to release the trout they lovingly raised from eggs. They were the largest trout in Braintree history! Then we took advantage of the beautiful day to swim and relax.

PAWS Assembly PAWS Assembly

We had our final PAWS assembly of the year on Wednesday, run by Ms. K's class. Students filled the token bucket and earned an ice cream party, which was the perfect celebration in Thursday's heat. It was wonderful to recognize the students who have been most embodying our PAWS characteristics lately. We also celebrated Nurse Brooke who is getting married this summer.
