Coming in January!
Make a plan to join us in the Mall Auditorium at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 11, for Pursuing the Dream, as we honor Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., a man whose words affected change. The evening will include powerful performances by the H-F Steppers, H-F Inspirational Voices and much more.
Then on Monday, Jan. 16 (Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Day), H-F will be closed, but that doesn't mean it has to be a day off. Make it a day on instead by getting involved in your community! The Flossmoor Community Relations Commission will feature more than 12 service projects on this day, varying from park clean ups and food drives to making lunches for shelters or donating blood. See a full list of volunteer opportunities at https://www.flossmoor.org/555/Martin-Luther-King-Jr-Day-of-Service-Pro. Make a plan during Winter Break to get involved, Vikings!
