September 8-11

Wolf Ridge Students & Families,
I hope you all enjoy a wonderful Labor Day Weekend. Don't forget there is no school on Monday, September 7th. On Friday, we will honor both the heroes and lives lost on September 11th, 2001. This Patriot Day marks the 25th anniversary. We are encouraging everyone to wear red, white and blue on Friday, September 11th.
Thank you for your support,
Mrs. Ronen, Principal

RESPECT THE RED
We talk a lot about respecting the RED here at Wolf Ridge. Students know what it means to RESPECT THE RED in different areas of our school. If students are caught respecting the RED, then they get a coupon. These coupons can be sent home and then the other half is placed into a drawing for prizes that are awarded during lunch times for K-5 students. If your child brings home a coupon, please encourage them and praise them for doing the right thing. Our first Respect the RED drawings were held yesterday. We also announced our Students of the Month for August. Those students will get a certificate to bring a VIP to lunch on a certain day. Students look forward to this award.
🚗 Dismissal Changes 🚌
Same day dismissal changes should be made by calling the office at 618-585-4831. These changes need to be made before 2:30pm.
Changes to your child's weekly routine for dismissal or next day dismissal changes can be made directly to your child's teacher via email.
While our doors open at 7:30AM, students are not tardy until after 8:10AM. Don't forget that school breakfast and lunch are FREE to all!
Please be sure your blue car tag is visible for dismissal staff. All students should be picked up in the carline to keep our front entry safe for our walkers.
