Raider Basketball Boys are Headed to the Area Playoffs
Congratulations to the Bi District Champions!
Raider Basketball took on Paris North Lamar, defeating them 43 - 35 in the Bi District Championship.

Senior Golfer Commits to College Program
Sunnyvale High School golfer Wyatt Moore has committed to play men’s golf at Kansas Wesleyan University, marking an exciting next step in his pursuit of collegiate competition.
The Class of 2026 standout announced his decision to join the NAIA Coyotes in Salina, Kansas. A 6’1” athlete with a 2.1 handicap, Moore serves as captain of the Sunnyvale golf team and has competed on the NTPGA Junior Tour.
“I’m thrilled to continue chasing my dream of playing college golf at KWU,” Moore shared in his announcement.
Kansas Wesleyan head coach expressed enthusiasm about adding Moore’s talent to the program.
The commitment highlights the growing pipeline of Texas talent heading to the NAIA level, where Moore aims to build on his high school success and further develop his game.

HOSA Students Place at Spring Conference
HOSA students have been preparing all school year for our competitions, and 13 students advanced to the Spring Leadership Conference (area). This past weekend was SLC! Disha Kalia, Isabel Chacko, and Dona Mathew (as a group) received 1st place in Public Service Announcement. Daniel Luke, Jeremy Abraham, Andrew Zhang, Dylan Siao, Jayden Varghese, and Aaron Rajith (as a group) received 7th place in Parliamentary Procedure.
Top 3 for each competition goes to state!

“Coffee with Carlos” is an opportunity for the community to engage in conversation about Sunnyvale High School at a time that is outside the regular work week. Providing this time in a community setting will hopefully allow for a more relaxed atmosphere where the community, parents and families feel more free to have conversations about Sunnyvale High School. Stock the Lounge FAQ:
Q: Can I buy other things not on the list?
A: Absolutely! Just send to the correct school/attention this month, and your PTA team will make sure it gets distributed.
Q: Can I drop off things in person?
A: Yes! Just drop off items at the front office of the school, marked for PTA Stock the Lounge, and your PTA team will take it from there.
Q: What items do you need?
A: Check the list for the respective schools, but any individually packaged snack/drink items are the main things each school wants. Bonus points if it is gluten free for the High School, as we have many teachers/admin that can’t eat gluten on that campus.
