Inclement Weather Information

Are you enjoying the Winter Wonderland? We certainly hope so!

We will continue to monitor the inclement weather over the weekend and will communicate further school closings or delays as necessary.

Be safe and stay warm!

School Choice Enrollment Period

The School Choice Enrollment Period is taking place now until May 1.

School Choice is the process of requesting a transfer for your student from the district in which you live to a district in which you do not live. Applications and the necessary documents must be submitted by May 1. Submitting an application does not automatically guarantee acceptance. Acceptance will be verified by a letter.

Spread the word! Encourage your family, friends, and neighbors to choose the NLRSD!

Showcase Fair

Hear ye, hear ye!

We encourage you to attend the North Little Rock High School and Center of Excellence School Showcase Night, which serves an event to learn all of the excellent opportunities that the two schools offer.

Come and learn about the courses and the extracurricular activities that are available for our students. Bring your questions and your appetite!

We invite all in the district, particularly our middle school families, to attend this event. Please share this with family and friends who are enrolled in other districts, as we are now in the School Choice Enrollment Period until May 1!
