CBC Ticket Prices for Middle School Events
The Central Buckeye Conference has raised prices for tickets. For the record, Graham Local Schools voted AGAINST a rise in ticket prices, however the vote passed 9-3 so middle school event prices have increased for families. Graham students are still FREE for home events. We will still honor senior citizen passes as well.
GMS FFA Accepting Members for 2024-2025 School Year
Attention all 7th and 8th Graders! All 7th and 8th graders should have received a handout about joining the A.B. Graham Ohio Hi-Point Middle School Local FFA Chapter! FFA is a great way to learn leadership skills, explore your interests in Agriculture, build friendships, explore career opportunities and participate in fun activities planned by your chapter! Cost is $5 to join for the 2024-2025 school year. Money will only be collected each Monday, Wednesday and Friday during homeroom and intervention. Students will be added to the FFA Google classroom once they have paid. The last day money will be collected is Friday, September 6th. If you have any questions please stop and talk to Mrs. Peterson or email her.
Health Partners of Western Ohio Info Coming Home
All students will receive a flier Tuesday with information/registration for the dental outreach program offered through or partnership with Health Partners of Western Ohio. If you are interested in your student participating, the forms are due back by September 13th to the GMS office. No late forms can be accepted. Treatments will begin in November.

Meal Account Information
Be sure to put money into student accounts either online or through secure drobox outside the cafeteria.
Teachers are not able to accept money for student accounts. Cafeteria staff is not able to process cash or checks in the lunch line. Account funds must either be added through the student PaySchools Account, or placed into the marked envelopes and into the secure drop box in the cafeteria.
Immunizations for Grade 7
Reminder: Information for incoming grade 7 students:
Ohio Law requires that all seventh graders must have received multiple immunizations. Before starting school, students in the 7th grade must have a Tdap (Tetanus, Diptheria, and Pertussis) and a Meningococcal vaccine. Written proof of receiving these vaccinations must be on file in the school office. Students who do not have evidence of proper immunizations will be excluded from school after 14 days, per Ohio Revised Code.
If your doctor says immunization might be harmful to your student, a waiver must be on file. If you object to immunization for good cause, for example religious convictions, a waiver must be on file.

Stay up-to-date on Student Grades with Progress Book
Students all have access to Progress Book via their Clever logins. Parents can access through the same login they would have used last year. Any new families should have received an access key on Friday via email from Mr. Guidera.
Frontline Education has released the Progress Book Parent and Student Mobile App (aka Parent Access app) to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. This app is available for your parents/students to download and use now. For those that choose to download, the app takes the place of the mobile web version of Parent Access that parents and students have long used. In addition, Frontline has produced an overview video that can be shared with your users.
