Titan Tidbits Parent Edition!

Titan Families,

What an extraordinary first quarter under the big top! From launching our new academic routines and Titan Time to celebrating House spirit, honoring our Top Titans, and coming together for school events, this season has been filled with growth, joy, and community.

As we head into Fall Break, next week, we want to pause and express our deepest gratitude for your incredible partnership. A school community thrives when families and staff work together, and your support makes Titan Country truly the Greatest School on Earth!

Enjoy the Break! We hope this upcoming week gives your family a wonderful opportunity to slow down, make memories, and recharge. Rest up, enjoy the fall weather, and take time to celebrate all the amazing things your students have accomplished so far this year!

Please stay safe, have fun, and enjoy every moment. We can't wait to welcome our shining stars back under the big top, refreshed and ready for an incredible Quarter 2! Grades will be posted in PowerSchool for the 1st 9 Weeks on Monday, October 19th @ 3pm.

*Please note this will be the last Titan Tidbits until Sunday, October 11. Have a safe and restful Fall Break!

Proudly serving our school family,

Brigitte A. Wagner, Principal

Need to change how your child is getting home for the day?

All temporary, same-day transportation changes must now be submitted through the TCES Transportation Change Request Form.

For example, if your child normally rides the bus but needs to be a car rider due to an appointment, please complete the form. It takes less than 60 seconds and helps ensure the change is communicated to everyone involved in dismissal.

Transportation changes will no longer be accepted by phone or email to your child’s teacher or the front office.

Please submit all same-day changes by 1:30 p.m.

Thank you for helping us keep dismissal safe, organized, and efficient!

Did you know that you can double your impact by Employer and Corporate matching programs when you donate to Boosterthon? After setting up your student's page at MyBooster.com, you can check during a donation to see if your company will match your pledges. If they will, you will be redirected to your company's matching page to complete their process. If you need any documents to help you complete the match such as a W-9 or Tax Exempt Form for our program, please email tegacaypto@gmail.com and we will be happy to assist you!

Get ready to run, cheer, and have some fun at our upcoming Boosterthon Fun Run on October 1st! We have a few volunteer spots left. Click Here to Volunteer! Knowledge Perk Coffee Truck will also be onsite with goodies available for purchase, and a portion of their sales will be donated back to TCES!

Guardians of the Cay are father figures who volunteer on campus to help keep Titan Country safe, encourage our students, and be a positive presence in the hallways, the cafeteria, and at recess.

At the Greatest School on Earth, we know we have the absolute greatest students on earth. Our Titans are doing spectacular things every single day, not just inside our classrooms, but out in the community, too! Whether your child just took home a trophy at their soccer tournament, earned a ribbon in a chess match, hit a personal milestone in martial arts, or showed incredible character volunteering, we want to celebrate them!

We are thrilled to introduce our brand-new Center Ring Achievements initiative! We want to feature your child’s out-of-school accomplishments right where everyone can see them: on our grand Atrium Slideshow.

How to get your child in the spotlight: Whenever your Titan has an accomplishment, big or small, step right up and fill out our quick Google Form HERE!

The form will securely ask you for:

• 👤 Your child's name & teacher

• 🏆 A brief description of their recognition/accomplishment

• 📸 A picture of your smiling star (with their award, if they have one!)

Our students are the real magic of this show, and we cannot wait to watch the Atrium fill up with their brilliant achievements. Thank you for helping us celebrate the finest troupe in the land!
