This month Roosevelt participated in the National Kindness Week Challenge. We are happy to be a part of this effort, and we will soon calculate how many acts of kindness our students did for the week! Also, our Uncle Pete's bag lunch collection was a huge success. We collected 470 lunches for those in need.

On Thursday, February 15, we are hosting the annual Roosevelt Open House 6:00pm to 7:30pm. Students and families will enjoy touring the classrooms and meeting their teacher.

Please review the calendar of events for more information. There is a lot happening at Roosevelt!

Have a great day!

Dr. Dwyer, Principal

Office Drop Off

Please double check to ensure students come to school with all the materials they need for the school day. For example, Chromebook, winter gear, water bottle, band instrument, lunch, etc... Lately, we noticed that parents have to make a separate trip to drop off these items at the school office, and we are trying to be helpful.

Lost & Found Update!

This is the view from the lost & found. These are items that are not labeled. Please take the time to label items that come back and forth to school each day. Any labeled items will have a significantly higher rate of being returned to their owner. Please stop by at arrival or dismissal if your student is missing an item to check the lost & found.

Healthy Snack

Students may have healthy snacks during the day in the classroom. Please be mindful of nut allergies when packing snacks.

Staff Parking Lot

Please refrain from entering the staff parking lot during school hours. This lot is for staff only. There has been an influx of parents parking, dropping off students and turning around in the lot which creates unsafe situations for students and staff. Please help students and staff be safe by abiding by all signs around campus.
