Book Fair (September 3-11)
Easy for families to set up, easy for others to contribute. Book Fair eWallet lets your child shop independently and choose books they want to read. Our Book Fair begins Sept 3 and runs until Sept 11th. You will see that online shopping begins on Aug 27th running until Sept 11th. After the school’s Fair, any unspent funds remain in your Scholastic account for future Fairs. Thank you for your support!
School Policy Reminder
Please ensure your child brings their fully charged Chromebook to school every day.
Three-Strike Policy for Forgotten Devices: After three missed days, the student’s Chromebook will remain at school full-time for the rest of the year.
Exception: This policy does not apply to designated Digital Learning Days (DLDs). Students will be permitted to bring their Chromebooks home for DLDs to ensure uninterrupted learning.
Monday, September 7th is Labor Day
This is a student and staff holiday.
Connecting With the Community
Dr. Alexandra Estrella is committed to listening, learning, and building meaningful relationships across Gwinnett County Public Schools (GCPS). She believes it is essential to first understand the strengths and opportunities that make GCPS unique.
Throughout her Listening and Learning Tour, Dr. Estrella is visiting schools, meeting with stakeholder groups, and participating in listening sessions throughout Gwinnett County. These conversations will provide students, families, staff, and community members with opportunities to share their perspectives on GCPS’ greatest strengths and opportunities for growth.
Please RSVP before attending the in-person and virtual sessions.
