Dear Smith Stallions,

We had a wonderful time honoring our veterans yesterday. Thank you to everyone who was able to attend and send pictures for our Veterans’ Tribute Slideshow. We are blessed that we had the opportunity to celebrate and honor our veterans.

PTA FOOD DRIVE COMPETITION

Our food drive kicked off on Monday! We are off to a great start and can't wait to see all the food we will be able to donate to those in need! We are gathering non-perishable food items until November 17th to benefit local families for Thanksgiving.

The class that donates the most items will be rewarded with a Pizza Party sponsored by our wonderful PTA!

This is a great way for our students and families to give back to the community.

Students can continue bringing food items through November 17th!

Please join us at the next PTA meeting to get involved at TGS! The meeting will be held in the cafeteria. The principals will also present on the State of the School. Hope to see you there!

FIRST EVER...TGS TURKEY TROT!

On Tuesday, November 23rd from 9:00 a.m. - 10:30 a.m., TGS will host a Turkey Trot at the West Pavilion at J.B. Hunt Park. This will be a great opportunity for our families to come together for fellowship and fun! WE ARE THANKFUL FOR OUR T.G. SMITH FAMILIES!

Place your orders now! What a great way to support our school and feed your family at the same time. It is delicious…..give it a try! Smoked Turkeys and Smoked Hams are available to order in time for your Thanksgiving Dinner. Pickup will be on Tuesday, November 23rd.
