Morning Worship and Devotion
Daily Scripture Focus
Each morning we start the day with a time of singing and a word from scripture. Morning devotion time is a time for focus, learning, and putting God first in what we do each day.
The morning devotion is led by Mr. Yearwood most days, but there are also weekly opportunities for students and faculty members to lead. All students also attend a weekly chapel service where they hear biblical teaching from guests and faculty.
Some of the scriptures used this week were:
- Luke 1:59-66
- Luke 1:11-19
- Luke 2:1-5
- Jeremiah 33:15
- Micah 5:2
