October 19: We will follow a modified bell schedule for the entire school to allow 8th-grade students to take the SHARP survey during advisory.
SHARP has given us insight into what our students are facing for more than 20 years, helping parents know what to talk about with their kids and helping schools, health departments, and community partners better support students.

Only students whose parents gave consent earlier this year, during the registration processes, will take part. Participation is voluntary, students may skip questions or stop at any time without penalty. All responses are anonymous and confidential. Questions? Contact [School Office/Contact], or visit the district's Assessment & Surveys page. For SHARP FAQs and statewide results, visit sumh.utah.gov/data-reports/sharp-survey.
