Step 1: Click the PERSON button.

What It Means: Assignment is Scored: A teacher has graded and entered a score for your child’s assignment. Attendance is Updated: A teacher or the office has marked your child absent, tardy, or present. Grade is Updated: A teacher has changed or updated a grade in the class gradebook. Why it Matters: Parents can see right away how their child did on homework, projects, or tests—no waiting until report cards. This allows families to celebrate success or quickly step in if the grade is concerning. Families stay on top of trends in performance. If grades drop, parents can talk to their child or reach out to the teacher before problems build up. Parents are notified right away if their child is marked absent, which helps identify mistakes or address truancy quickly. Research shows consistent attendance is directly tied to higher achievement.
