It is hard to believe the 1st quarter of school is complete! As we wrap up the first quarter of the school year, we’re proud to reflect on all that our students, staff, and families have accomplished together! From classroom milestones to community celebrations, the start of the year has been filled with energy, learning, and connection.

ATTENDANCE COUNTS
Dear Parents & Students:
Now that school is underway, we wanted to remind you that attendance is a critical component of being a successful student. We need students present at school every day and on time. Excessive absences and tardies may affect a child's learning and their ability to be successful. Studies have shown students that miss instruction and are excessively tardy are more likely to perform poorly in school.
If your child must be absent, please email/DOJO your teacher as soon as possible to let her know. The North Carolina Compulsory Attendance Law requires that absences be recorded as excused or unexcused.
