Dear Families,

The year has come to a close! And what a wonderful year it has been.

Tuesday evening the 5th graders officially graduated. It was a sweet and personal rite of passage. We will miss them all - Mac Boulanger, Finn Castle, Maiya Drake, Silas Gorton, Anderson Guallpa, Jade Hance, August Wilhelm - and wish them well as they move on to Middle School.

Additionally we are saying farewell to several WES parents of rising 6th graders - Cort Boulanger and Stacey Rainey, Sarah Warner and Adam Gorton, Betsey Barrows, Cavan Drake, Luis and Maria Guallpa. Additionally, Winnie Bouquet, grade 1, has moved with her parents, Aaron and Siobhan, to Brandon.

EV charging station: a station has been installed in the North End parking lot.

Library news: This was a busy week in the library - students chose books for their home libraries from Bonnie's Books and some students also chose library books for the summer. Speaking of the summer, the library will be open most Tuesdays from 4:00 - 6:00 starting June 23rd. There may be some weeks where work in the school (carpets and floors) means that we won't have library hours. I will always put out the sign and I will post announcements on Front Porch Forum. Have a great summer break!

Thanks so much!

Megan
