Mission
The mission of George Bannerman Dealey is to provide an exemplary education that develops and empowers all students to become productive citizens in our global society.
āA journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.ā ā Lao Tzu
As we continue our work together at Dealey, this quote reminds us that growth happens one step at a time. Each day, our students take meaningful steps in their learning, confidence, idx and independenceāsupported by strong partnerships between school and home.
We want to thank our families for a wonderful first week back at school and for your continued trust and collaboration. We are also proud to share that our Middle of the Year (MOY) data reflects the hard work of our students and the dedication of our teachersāproof that consistent effort and support truly make a difference.
This past weekend, our staff worked together to support Primary Magnet Testing, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for our youngest applicants and their families. We are grateful for the care, professionalism, and preparation that went into this important process.
As we move forward, know that every small stepāreading together at home, encouraging perseverance, showing kindness, and staying engagedāhelps move our entire community forward.
š Thank you for being an essential part of the Dealey journey. We look forward to many more steps forward together.
