Policy Reminders for the Upcoming School Year

A few reminders as we get ready for the upcoming school year.

Cell Phones and Electronic Devices - Per House Bill 208, students ARE NOT PERMITTED to have an electronic device (cell phone, smart watch, ear phones, air pods, and ear buds) on them during instructional time. Students ARE permitted to use their electronic devices during lunch. Once lunch is over, all electronic devices must be locked up back in their lockers. If a parent needs to get a hold of a student during instructional hours, please contact the main office and we can relay a message for you.

Backpacks - Students are not permitted to have backpacks, purses, or cross body bags in the classroom. All bags must be stored in the student's locker.

Outside Food and Drinks - Due to federal breakfast/lunch guidelines, students are not permitted to bring outside food and drinks into the building. This includes large caffeinated drinks from places like Dunkin Donuts and Starbucks. This also applies to our students who are taking classes at Gateway or NKU. Students are permitted to carry water bottles with them during the day. Students are permitted to pack their own lunch if they choose to.

2025-2026 Yearbook

We have had a production issue with our 2025-2026 yearbook. We are working with our vendor to address the issue. We will let everyone know when the issue is resolved and the yearbooks are ready for pickup. We apologize in advance for the delay.

Back to School Supplies

Bellevue Middle School/High School students do not need to worry about purchasing school supplies for the upcoming school year. In an effort to reduce the financial burden on families during the back to school season, the school provides all school supplies for all students in grades 6-12. On the first day of school, students will just need to bring their school owned device, and charging cable with them.

Below are the school fees for the 2026-2027 school year. You will be able to pay your fees at either the dual credit device pickup night on August 5th, or at Open House on August 17th.
