Patriot's Pointe

Greetings Patriot Families,
I hope everyone enjoyed the Fall Break and some much needed rest before we return tomorrow and finish strong for the final stretch of the semester. 9 Week progress reports were issued in Infinite Campus on Friday, October 9th. If you have not looked at your scholars progress report please do so this week and request to meet with teachers and conference with them on how we can partner together to improve academic performance.
We will celebrate the academic achievements of our scholars who made the honor roll during the Spring semester of 2026 on Friday, October 23rd at 8am in the gym lobby. Our students will be recognized with a certificate of achievement and a reward sponsored by our PTSO.
đ„ Softball: Congratulations to Coach Chisolm and our varsity softball team for making it to the first round of the state playoffs. Unfortunately, our season came to an end against Monroe Area but our girls deserve recognition as this is their first playoff appearance since winning the region in 2023 and the first appearance for Coach Chisolm since taking over as our head coach.
đ Volleyball: Congratulations to Coach Rutherford and our varsity volleyball team. This is Coach Rutherfordâs first season with the Lady Patriots and we are confident that he will continue to build on the accomplishments from this season.
đ JV Football: Congratulations to Coach Godfrey and our JV Football team for winning the JV championship! Our team had a stellar season and a great performance over Griffin High School to win 30-21 in the final game!
Please come out and support our student athletes at home this week. A schedule of all of our events can be found further down in our "Weekly Happenings" section.
Hereâs to a powerful start and a year where we will Do Hard Things!
We are excited to support our students in their academic endeavors while providing them with a Competitive Advantage!

Electronic Device Policy
At Sandy Creek High School, we are committed to creating a learning environment where every student can thrive. To support a strong and focused start to the school year, students may not use personal electronic devices including cell phones, earbuds/headphones, Meta glasses, smart watches, or similar devices, during the school day. This expectation applies in all areas of the building, including classrooms, hallways, the cafeteria, gym/locker rooms, and restrooms. By minimizing distractions and maximizing opportunities for engagement, we are helping our students build meaningful connections, remain present in their learning, and begin the year with the habits that lead to success. We appreciate your partnership and support as we work together to provide every student with a positive learning experience.
Parent Square: Your Hub for Communication!
The Parent Square app is available in the App Store and Google Play.
The Campus Parent portal is your source for student and family records, including household and individual contact information, attendance, school-based fees, academic planning (high school), forms, and report cards. The Parent portal also provides access to the GaDOE SLDS Portal. Please set up the parent Infinite Campus account first. The same username will be shared with Schoology to set up your parent account in Schoology. Because each login reflects the person associated with the username, it is recommended that a separate account is created for each parent.
- Usernames can be comprised of letters, numbers, the underscore, and dash.
- Please refrain from creating a username that is all numbers, as that will interfere with student data here in our district.
- After completing the setup of your parent portal account, please allow 24 hours for your new account information to be sent to Schoology before attempting to log into your Schoology parent account.
Get started with Infinite Campus
The Infinite Campus app is available in the App Store and Google Play.

School bus information will also be available in your student's Campus Portal account as well as on the BusQuest mobile app.
Please note that new enrollments and address changes may take up to 48 hours to be processed by the Transportation Department. This time is needed to assign students to a bus stop and/or adjust their route if necessary.
- Students attending outside their school zone on special permission are not eligible for bus transportation
- Students living within a non-transport zone are not eligible for bus transportation.
