June 2026 Newsletter
Liberty Knoll Homeowners Association
Summer is around the corner!
Thank you to all the homeowners that attended the Annual Meeting!
We had a great turnout and discussion. Parking continues to be an outstanding issue, so please reread and follow the rules.
We also appreciate that so many of you signed up to work on one of the committees.
If you'd like to sign up for a committee, please send us a note to libertyknollcommunity@gmail.com.
We have finalized all the landscaping and structures work that will be done in the next few weeks. Please keep an eye out for some positive improvements!
We have also installed Wi-Fi in the clubhouse and will soon be adding a television and bookshelves for a community book-sharing collection. Our goal is to make the clubhouse a welcoming community hub where neighbors can gather, connect, socialize, and enjoy events and activities together.
The Pool is Open!
Our pool is ready for visitors! We've been open for two weekends already and we are looking forward to a great season!
The surface has been repaired and it's looking quite refreshing.
We hope to see you there!

Neighbor News
Hi, I’m Maria — a proud Liberty Knoll local with a passion for both beauty and animal care. Over the past 5 years as a Licensed Esthetician, I’ve loved helping people feel confident, refreshed, and comfortable in their own skin through personalized skincare and self-care services. Before stepping fully into the beauty industry, I spent 8 years working as a Veterinary Assistant, where I gained hands-on experience caring for pets of all sizes with patience, compassion, and attention to detail. I’ve had my pet sitting business since 2019.
I’ve recently opened up my own spa, Maganda, this past April. Located at 110 South Central Avenue, Suite 11, Hartsdale, NY. My goal is to share my services, experience, and knowledge with the local community while spreading the word about the care and dedication I bring to everything I do. Whether through skincare treatments, wellness services, pet sitting, or animal care, I want to create a positive and trusted experience for both people and their pets. Helping others feel confident, cared for, and supported is what truly motivates me, and I’m excited to continue building connections within the community I grew up in.
If you'd like to share some news or your services, please reach out to our email and we'll include it in our next newsletter.
Parking at Liberty Knoll
A Quick Reminder
Traffic & safety issues are created when we do not park legally within the community. Our roads are simply not wide enough to accommodate street parking. Please be considerate of this important safety concern and respect your neighbors. We continue to expect all homeonwers to abide by the LKHOA parking rules.
Please be reminded that the Liberty Knoll Parking Policy is available for review at www.LibertyKnoll.org.

Being a Good Neighbor Means...
Being Considerate. Leash your pet at all times.
Pet owners are expected to be respectful of their neighbors and always clean up after their dogs. This includes the waste bags. Please be sure they make it to the dumpsters.
If a homeowner chooses to ignore these guidelines, they will incur a $25 fine for each violation.
Observe the Posted Speed Limits
Be sure to drive slowly throughout our neighborhood.
We have many people that enjoy walking and they need to be safe to do so.
If a homeowner is reported to be speeding, they will face a $50 fine.

Garbage & Recycling
Be Responsible!
Every time we need to call CRP Sanitation to clear the mess, it affects all of us since it is always an additional cost.
Please be considerate- Call CRP directly if you have larger items to dispose of.

Keep the Sheds Clean!
It's up to each one of us. Keep the garbage & recycling sheds clean!
- Break down the cardboard. We incur extra costs when homeowners ignore this.
- Don't overflow the receptacles. Use the receptacles in the back.
