Dear Wrangler Families,

As we prepare for the 2026–2027 school year, we need your help to make sure everything is ready for a smooth start at The Ranch!

Beginning July 13, 2026, all returning families must complete the required annual verification for each student.

✔️ Required Annual Verification:

• Proof of Residency (POR)
• Returning Student Online Verification (RSOV)

This process allows us to:

• Verify residency
• Update emergency contacts
• Ensure all required forms are current

• Online through Skyward Family Access starting July 13, or
• Visit one of our Summer Support Labs for in-person assistance

You may attend any location that works best for your family.

📍 Summer Support Lab Dates:

• July 13–14: Kings Manor Elementary & Dogwood Elementary
• July 14–16: Porter High School, West Fork High School, New Caney High School
• July 15–16: Valley Ranch Elementary & Sorters Mill Elementary
• July 21–23: Porter High School (Centralized New Student Registration)
• July 27–28: Tavola Elementary & Brookwood Forest Elementary
• July 29–30: Porter Elementary & Crippen Elementary
• August 1: Community Room

⏰ Summer Lab Hours:

• July 13: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• July 14 – July 30: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• August 1: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

⚠️ Important Reminders:

Students who do not complete both POR and RSOV will not be able to:

• Receive class schedules
• Participate in extracurricular activities
• Attend Meet the Teacher (elementary)
• Attend Walk the Schedule (middle school)

💉 Immunization Requirement:

All required immunizations must be completed and submitted by August 5, 2026.

Students without updated and verified immunization records by this date will be withdrawn from enrollment until documentation is received.

🚨 Final Deadline:

Students who remain incomplete for POR, RSOV, or immunizations by August 5, 2026 at 5:00 PM will be unenrolled and must re-enroll as new students to return.

Completing these steps over the summer helps us start the year strong and allows our teachers to focus on what matters most—learning and growing our Wranglers.
