Dear Parents/Guardians:

This is a reminder that the courtyard will be closed for drop off in the morning moving forward. Students in grades kindergarten through 2nd can be dropped off using the main office entrance on Fisher Ave. The Breakfast program begins at 7:40 and is for students who are eating breakfast at school. For the safety and smooth flow of traffic during student drop-off, students who are able to independently exit the vehicle may be dropped off in front of the entrance on Fisher Ave. However, parking and exiting your vehicle in this area is prohibited.

If you wish to accompany your child to the door or if your child needs assistance exiting the vehicle, please park in a designated, legal parking spot. Do not stop or park in front of the entrance. The local police department will be monitoring this area closely.

Additionally, Kindergarten through 2nd grade students received name tags from their teachers. Please have students wear the name tag to school in the morning to assist staff with morning drop off.

Preschool students should be dropped off using the door on Chestnut Avenue. Due to grant funding any preschool students who must be dropped off earlier than 8:30 should register with the before care program, Alphabest.

Any students who are in the Alphabest program should be dropped off and picked up using the entrance on Chestnut Avenue.
