Warrior Connection - December 7

Can you believe we have just eight days left in the semester? As classes wrap up, it is so important that students turn in all remaining assignments and work toward passing their classes. At this time, the district is not planning to offer summer school for credit recovery or for students who do not meet attendance requirements. Please continue supporting your student by checking grades and encouraging consistent communication with teachers. Many of them have been reaching out regarding missing work and progress.

Second semester schedules are now finalized, and students can view their schedules in PowerSchool.

A quick reminder that we allow students to go outside during lunch for part of the period, depending on the temperature. Please make sure your student has a jacket at school so they can enjoy some fresh air during the day.

Let’s finish these last eight days strong

We want every student at West Minico to know that their presence makes a difference. When you show up, you bring energy, personality, and ideas that make our school stronger. Each student plays a unique role in our community — and being here shows Respect for yourself and others. Parents can help by celebrating effort and persistence, especially as we near the end of the semester. Thank you for supporting your student’s growth and reminding them that Warriors show up for themselves and for one another. 💙💛
