Third Grade Skype Session with Author
Thanks to a grant from the PTO, our third graders were able to Skype with children's author Sarah Mylnoswski. The students thoroughly enjoyed the time with this author and learned a lot of great ideas for writing! Many thanks to our PTO for supporting this opportunity for our students!
Winner of Mr. Meurer's Math Challenge
Roughly 50 students entered Mr. Meurer's Math Challenge at the end of January! Of those, roughly 35 students got the correct answer! From those correct answers, a winner was chosen from a hat to win lunch and a math game with Mr. Meurer. Congratulations to Marcus for winning and to all of our students to attempted the math problem!
