A HUGE Thank You to every volunteer who made our Harvest Parties on Thursday a big success! Your support- whether through donating food, materials, games or time helping at the party- was incredibly appreciated. The students had an absolute blast!

Veterans Day Project: Monday, October 27th - Tuesday, November 4th.

Families are kindly asked to bring in supplies to support our troops serving overseas. Boxes will be in front of the library in order to collect: toothpaste, toothbrushes, decks of cards, magazines, hard candy, powdered drink mix, chap-stick, baby wipes, and small toys such as balls and yo-yos.

Also, if you have a family member currently serving overseas, we would like to send them a care package. Please email Mrs. Gould at (gould_angela@dublinschools.net) their APO address or fill out this Google Form.

(GRE Student Leadership Veterans Day Committee)

The students and staff of Glacier Ridge Elementary are excited for our annual Veterans Day Celebration. This year our celebration will be held on Tuesday, November 11th starting with a breakfast in the GRE library at 9:15 AM followed by an assembly in the gym. Veterans, as special guests of our Glacier Ridge students and staff, are invited to attend. GRE students are encouraged to invite a family member who is a veteran.

In preparation for this day, we ask that anyone in our GRE family who would like to bring a veteran, please RSVP by completing THIS FORM by Tuesday, November 4. This will allow us to properly plan for and recognize each of our guests.

Registration is necessary in order to plan and to ensure appropriate seating and support. Family members are welcome to attend along with our veteran guests; however, seating will be limited for additional family.

*** PLEASE NOTE *** The format is different this year, with the breakfast reception first, followed by the assembly. Our staff will be ready to greet you upon arrival starting at 9:15 AM. Overflow parking will be available on the back playground lot. You can enter the building through both the front and back doors. In order to keep our students safe as they walk and bike to school, please do not arrive prior to 9:10.

Cookie Dough Sale: November 4 - 18

Mark your calendars! Our PTO’s cookie dough and pastry sale runs from November 4th to 18th. Orders will be ready for pickup on Wednesday, December 10th, from 4 - 7 PM.

This year, all orders will be placed online only. Your child will bring home a flier with a unique Web Sale Code linked to them. Once logged in, you’ll receive a personalized email link to share with family and friends for easy ordering—no need to collect cash or checks.

If you prefer to opt out, please email frazier_jenny@dublinschools.net (or use the office email on the GRE website) by noon on Monday, November 3rd. Be sure to include your child’s name, grade, and teacher in your message.

Check in with your classroom teacher first
