Car Line Reminders and Information Car Line Reminders and Information

Thank you all again for another wonderful week of car line! Please remember the fire lane is reserved for our five lucky fast pass winners. Another chance to win the fast pass will begin in October.

Overflow for Car Line- (For afternoon car line) If you arrive and traffic is at the Stories Creek sign, please continue down to the bus lot and loop around to join our car line overflow. Once buses leave, a staff member will direct you to continue on to the top part of the car line.

Car riders will dismiss at 3pm daily. For the safety of our staff and students, please follow the directions of any staff members helping with car line.

Important Reminders:

-Please remain in your vehicles (with the exception of students who need mobility assistance).

-Please follow the directions of staff members. To keep traffic out of Chub Lake Rd, they will be directing you to move up to specific cones before allowing your child to get in.

-Please have your blue car rider card (that was given at Open House) in your window where it is visible to our callers.

-Staff will open the car door for students to enter the vehicle, but they will not be responsible for buckling the student in.

Laptop Usage Fees and Information Laptop Usage Fees and Information

We are fortunate to continue our one-to-one laptop initiative. Students in elementary school will not bring their laptops home in the evenings. The laptop agreement is a form to be filled out through the online student registration. There are no additional forms required. But, because the laptop agreement is part of online student registration, this must be completed before a student can have a laptop assigned.

ALL STUDENTS MUST PAY THE $25.00 LAPTOP RENTAL FEE. Directions to pay the Online Laptop Rental Fee can be found below:

https://tinyurl.com/5n6ary8m

***you can find your student’s ID number in parent portal or we can help you at Open House. ***

We do recommend the optional insurance. Details about the insurance are linked below:

https://tinyurl.com/yv8jjekh

You can pay for insurance and rental fee by check during Open House, or you can SAVE TIME and pay through the following link:

If you have a financial hardship that prevents you from paying the $25 laptop fee, please reach out to Mrs. Atkins for information about a waiver form. As waiver forms are approved, Mrs. Atkins will contact you to make you aware of the approval.

No student will be denied access to technology because of inability to pay. BUT, for a student to have a laptop assigned, the following things must be completed:

-Online Registration (this includes the PCS Acceptable Use Policy)

-$25 laptop fee paid or a Waiver has been approved.
