Parents, guardians, and/or caregivers may bring one small treat for each child in the class to celebrate their student’s birthday. Any items in addition to this will not be delivered to the cafeteria or distributed to students at any other time during the school day.

Any food items provided for classmates should be commercially produced with ingredients listed on the packaging. Parents and caregivers should contact their child’s teacher about the details of the treat so that the teacher can cross-reference with any allergies in their class. Treats should only be given to classmates of the student whose birthday is being celebrated. Sharing with individuals in other classes leads to hurt feelings.
