We are very much looking forward to start our Winter Spirit Weeks on Monday with Flannel Day. Please scroll down to find the themes for the other days.

• Our first pretzel sale of the year will be on December 21st. All orders are due by 12/18. (scroll down for more information)

• Monday, 12/18: Festive Monday: Wear your festive clothing for winter or a winter holiday (shirts, socks, sweaters, hats, headbands, etc. No pajamas, please!)
• Tuesday, 12/19: Winter Sports Day: Wear your favorite shirt/jersey or colors of your favorite winter sports team
• Wednesday, 12/20: Penguin Day: Dress like penguin...wear white and black!
• Thursday, 12/21: 1st Day of Winter: Let's welcome winter by dressing like a snowman. Wear white and wear a hat and scarf
• Friday, 12/22: Snooze Day: Wear your school appropriate pajamas and bring your favorite stuffed animal to school. Your stuffed animal must fit in your backpack.

Thank you to all of the students and staff who participated in our first CHOP Pajama Day on December 1st. We are very excited to announce that we will be donating $1,366.00! Way to go Evergreen!

Evergreen Home & School will be offering this year’s first Pretzel Day on Thursday 12/21.

If you would like to order soft pretzels from The Philly Pretzel Factory, please fill out the form below and send payment via Venmo @evhsa or by cash or check to the front office by Monday 12/18.

Please indicate only one child from your family to bring home your pretzel order. Pretzels will not be available to students for lunch or snacks.

All proceeds benefit the fifth grade end of year activities. Thank you!

To support our Winter craft project, we are looking for volunteers who could help package them to go home.

We need assistance from 9am-10am on:

Twice per week for 16 sessions, girls will have fun, make friends, increase their physical activity levels and learn important life skills. Trained and caring coaches lead 3rd - 5th-grade girls through interactive lessons and movement activities. The season ends with a celebratory 5K event.

Season Starts 2/27/24 for 8 weeks.

Tue & Thur at Evergreen; from 3:30 (immediately after school until 5pm)

Registration is open until 12/15/23

Financial assistance and payment plans available within registration.

We are excited that you are interested in joining Variety Show this year! This is a great opportunity for kids to bond with their peers outside of school in a fun, easy-going environment.

In order to allow group leaders time to plan and choreograph their routine based on the expected number of kids in their group, we ask that you please register no later than Friday, Dec 22, 2023.

This is an optional form and you can submit as much or as little information as you would like. School directories are very helpful for parents/guardians to connect for birthday parties, play dates, etc.

The information in the directory will be provided to families from Home & School via a protected Google document.

If you need to make an unexpected dismissal change during the day, please contact the main office via telephone (610-409-9751) by 2:30pm, if possible.

Please do not only email your child's teacher as teachers often are unable to check their emails until dismissal has concluded.
