Dear Pingree Community,

Happy Sunday!

We had a short, but productive week at school! Students are working hard and having fun.

I can't believe it is finally the week of the Fun Run! We have been practicing our Fun Run chants at lunch! I don't know who is more excited, me or the students! Please see below for Fun Run updates and a link to sign up to volunteer.

Please also see the attached flyer to the Dreamcatcher Road Race on Thanksgiving morning. Use the code Pingree for $5 off the race registration!

Have a great week!

Mrs. Ronan and Mr. Jeffers

Parent Council News

The Parent Council here at Pingree is hard at work. We can't thank them enough for all coordination and fundraising they do to help the school and students!

Fun Run: I am so impressed with the organization and effort that goes into this event. Please help us make it the best year ever by registering your child.

Message from the Parent Council:

he Fun Run fundraising competition is underway! Kids wore their colors to school on Friday and earned stickers for their team spirit. All students who registered received a rainbow pencil. Register here. Students had a great time cheering for their teams!

There is still time left!!

October 14th-17th is our Pingree Pizza Weekend Challenge! Starting at noon on Friday the 14th and ending at noon on Monday the 17th, we will track the donations raised and brought in JUST DURING THOSE 36 HOURS. (Nothing earned before or after counts towards this competition.) The ten families who raise the most donations during the challenge will receive a fresh, hot cheese pizza delivered to them on Tuesday after school courtesy of Old Country Pizzeria. If you haven't started raising donations, this is a great weekend to ask your friends and family to support Pingree!

We need volunteers for the Fun Run event on October 21st from 9:00-11:30. Come and be part of the fun! Sign up here to volunteer.

Contact us at pingreefunrun@gmail.com with any questions. Thank you for helping to make the Fun Run a great experience for everyone!

On November 8th, the Parent Council will set up a bake sale during the elections. This event will help support the Grade 5 end-of-year activities. Please help us by signing up to contribute to the bake sale. You can sign up here: https://www.signupgenius.com/go/10c0e44acae2da7fece9-election
