About Unity Day: Unity Day is an annual event occurring in October during National Bullying Prevention Month that promotes joining together to create healthier communities through kindness, acceptance, and inclusion. This is a day when we can come together with one giant, ORANGE message of hope and support. The call to action is simple: wear and share the color orange. This vibrant statement becomes a conversation starter, showing support for students who have been bullied and for bullying prevention.
We hope you’ll take this opportunity to talk to your children about bullying prevention and all the positive things we can do to make healthier communities. For more information about Unity Day, please go to https://www.pacer.org/bullying/nbpm/unity-day.asp
