Recently, the LBUSD sent home a Household Income Verification Form. The completion and submission of these forms is important because it impacts our Title I funding for Bixby. At this point, Bixby has submitted only 38% of all forms sent home. Some parents hesitate to submit this form for fear that they won't "qualify." Bixby is impacted by the amount of forms submitted, regardless of whether or not families believe they "qualify." The deadline to submit the forms has been extended until the end of November. If your child did not bring home the form, you may also complete this form on ParentVue. If you'd like guidance completing this form, please call the office on Tuesday or Thursday this week. We've got this!

Recientemente, el LBUSD envió a casa un Formulario de Verificación de Ingresos del Hogar.
