• If you plan on attending, please complete and submit the Prom Contract by Friday, April 24, 2026.

• All ARVA Juniors and Seniors are invited to attend.
• You may bring a guest to Prom that is a non-ARVA student.
• Your date must be at least a freshman in high school.
• Your date cannot be older than 20 years of age.
• Please download, print, and have your guest complete the form below. This needs to be submitted to jray@arva.org no later than Friday, April 24, 2026.

Arkansas Virtual Academy's Junior/Senior prom will be a formal and dignified event.

• All dress codes and other school policies will be strictly enforced.
• The following are prohibited:
• Bare midriffs
• Low cut or cleavage baring gowns
• Dresses shorter than fingertips when arms are extended by the side.
• Those failing to comply will not be admitted.
• ARVA will not be responsible for expenses incurred for prom attire that does not meet approval at the door.
• Prom tickets will also be non-refundable for those not allowed entrance.
• Students may be dismissed from prom for any behavior infractions.

• Prom tickets are $15 for individuals or $25 for couples.
• You can pay beforehand using CashApp. Be sure to provide an email other than your ARVA email as ARVA emails will block CashApp.
• You may pay with cash at the door.
