A Message from Mrs. Pittser, Superintendent
This school year has been marked by growth, achievement and perseverance demonstrated by students, staff and families alike. Together, we have created a learning environment where students have been encouraged to grow personally and academically while also experiencing the joy and excitement in learning. From classroom accomplishments to everyday moments of teamwork and discovery, it has been a privilege to witness the many ways our students shine.
Throughout this final district newsletter for the school year, you will find important updates and joyful celebrations. Wishing you a safe and fun-filled summer!
A Final Word of Gratitude
Reflecting on my service to Miami Trace, my heart is filled with gratitude for all the PEOPLE who represent this school community. The relationships made throughout this opportunity have been and will be the greatest blessing of all.
Together we celebrated accomplishments, navigated challenges and created meaningful memories. Thank you for allowing me the privilege to serve this district. I will forever be MT Proud!
As preparations continue for the 2026-2027 school year, Panther Nation is in excellent hands with Mr. Lanman serving as Superintendent and Mr. Davis serving as Assistant Superintendent. Their passion for MT will continue to move this GREAT district forward.

Mission Moment
To provide a quality education, with opportunities and relationships, that cultivates success.
People are at the heart of every successful organization. Panther Nation truly has dedicated, compassionate and committed PEOPLE who believe in the MT Mission. While systems provide support to operations, it is the PEOPLE within the structures that leave a lasting impact.
We extend our gratitude to this year’s retirees who together have devoted over 270 years of service to Miami Trace. We thank them for their unwavering support and wish them happiness in the journey ahead.
