A collage of ESPs
Osseo Area Schools may use the term Education Service Professional (ESP) rather than paraprofessional, but semantics aside, the district recognizes and celebrates the incredible work this group of staff members puts into each day of work. Their roles span a wide range of responsibilities, including assisting special needs students with bus transportation, kitchen work, behavior intervention, academic support, before-and-after school care and much more.

Provide feedback for attendance boundary change scenarios Provide feedback for attendance boundary change scenarios

Feedback opportunities include online form and info meeting

Elementary and middle school attendance boundaries are being changed in order to balance student enrollment across the district. These future adjustments, set to take effect in 2026, will reassign the Osseo Area Schools elementary and/or middle school that some households are zoned to attend.

Four proposed attendance boundary change scenarios can be viewed and feedback provided by visiting district279.org/boundaries. Additionally, join us at our community informational meeting on Thursday, Jan. 23 at 5:45 p.m. in the Maple Grove Middle School cafe. Please fill out this Google Form if you’re planning to attend.

Frequently asked questions will continue to be answered online. Feel free to reach out if something additional needs to be addressed via BetterFuture@district279.org or 763-391-8990.
