News from BJSHS

It is hard to believe that the first semester has wrapped up and now we will be moving into the 2nd half of the year. Our hope is that your child is able to continue to learn and grow so that they can become a respectful, productive member of society.

When we return from Christmas Break, we will begin new pick-up procedures in the afternoon. Please click on the button below for all of the details.

We have seen an increase in damage to Chromebooks. Please remind your child that these devices are expensive to replace ($250) and to be careful with them.

We are offering after-school support on Tuesday and Thursday until 4:00 pm. Please check the Daily Bulletin on our website for availability each week.

We ask that parents contact the office if they are going to picking their child up from school early. This will ensure that an adult is aware and that we have accurate records related to attendance. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

This will allow morning drop-off to go more smoothly. If you have an early morning meeting scheduled, please park in the west (student) lot. Thank you in advance for your cooperation with this.

Winter is here! The Viking Care Center was established as a way to give students and their families help by providing items that are needed. We currently have clothing, including some outerwear, hats, and gloves, shoes, toiletries, some food items, and some laundry products available at the school. Please have your child talk with someone here at school or feel free to contact the office about the needs your family may be facing. We would love to help!
