MCR2 Athletic Passes Message from Central Office
Occasionally, we get questions about how to obtain a Family Athletic Pass. For those interested, here are the prices and information on how to pay for passes and some additional information. (Immediate family is spouse, children, and anyone under 18 who lives under your roof and is dependent upon you). These passes will be good for any home MCR2 Middle and High School football, volleyball, baseball, softball, track, cross country, and boys and girls basketball. These passes cannot be utilized to access any MSHSAA-sponsored postseason events held in or on the Montgomery County facilities.
Prices:
Individual - $40
Family - $80
Student - $20
Ways to Pay for Passes:
There is an athletics section on our webstore where they can pay for the passes online. There is a link on our school website that can take them directly to the webstore.
No forms to fill out. Simply pay online. I check frequently and make passes.
They can visit our website.
Under “District Information,” visit the “Athletics/Activities” page. Under Forms, they can print a form to complete, attach a check, and drop it to any location.
MCR2 Athletic Event Student Expectations
MCR2 athletics and extracurricular activities are essential to our school culture, and our students benefit from their peers, family, and community members' support of these activities. The district asks that guests follow some basic guidelines to help make the activities a safe and fun experience for all spectators.
- Drugs, alcohol, and tobacco are strictly prohibited on our campus.
- Pets are also prohibited on our campus. Any animal on campus should follow BOE policy about service animals.
- All spectators are expected to remain within the general area of the activity they are attending (football game-concessions area or in the stands, basketball game-concessions area or in the gym, etc.). We also ask that students not throw balls or other objects during the activity.
- We expect elementary students to attend with a parent, guardian, or responsible adult.
- Please park in designated parking spots only so that all other areas of the buildings are accessible as needed. For outdoor events, special permission is required to park inside the gates (between the football stadium and the baseball diamond).

Wildcat Award Nomination Form
Help us recognize the great things happening at MCR2 by filling out the Wildcat Award Nomination Form when you notice a staff member doing great things!
The district will be recognizing our outstanding staff members again this year with monthly Wildcat Awards, and at the end of the year reception. Please nominate as many of our staff as you wish for a Wildcat Award.
Like last year, Wildcat Awards will be given each month and all nominees will receive their notes at our end of the year celebration!

HELP US ENSURE YOUR CHILD'S SAFETY AT THE END OF THE DAY!
It is important that you have a consistent routine for your child to follow at the end of each day. If you need to make a change to your child’s normal routine you must send a note with your child in the morning.
In an emergency, you may call, but you MUST speak to a secretary before 2pm. Do not leave a message on the school answering service. The answering service is to report absences only, and it is not checked throughout the day. ONLY call in the event of an emergency. A note should be sent if you know in advance of a schedule change.
We will not make any changes after 2pm. Our goal is to get every student safely to their correct destination at the end of each day. We need your help to make sure this happens.
