This workshop is designed specifically for districts and/or buildings who are wanting to implement or improve collaborative teams. We will take a look at some foundational concepts while also addressing the struggles that many teams face throughout the process. We will use an inquiry-based model to allow your teams time to plan through both opportunities and challenges.
