π¬ A Word from Ms. Paige Trujillo π¬
Happy Friday, Eagle Nation!!!
It was a quick week here at THE Prosper High School! Even in the short weeks, our students continue to be successful. Last week, both our Boys and Girls Water Polo teams ended their seasons with 2nd place finishes in District 6-6A, both falling in area games in hard-fought battles. We are so proud of our water polo teams!
Last weekend, our Mighty Eagle Band placed 7th in prelims and 10th overall at their Bands of America competition! Our band looked INCREDIBLE out there, and made THE Ship very proud! They will compete again tomorrow at Lobo Stadium!
This morning, our Cross Country teams competed in the District Meet at Myers Park! Our Girls XC Team won the District 6-6A Championship! Taylor Peck won the individual District Championship, and Maggie Breitenstein took 4th place! Our girls team will move on to the Regional race in Lubbock! Jacob Nally placed 7th for our boys and will also compete at the Regional race!
I hope everyone has a very safe weekend! We cannot wait to see everyone back here on Monday!
GO.......... EAGLES!!!!
