DRESS CODE for 2026-27 DRESS CODE for 2026-27

Our board of trustees has updated the Elementary dress code only very slightly. Changes for this year include:

    • "All sweaters and sweatshirts/hoodies must fall within the color and logo designation of the dress code".
    • "Hair, hairstyles, and fashion accessories must not be ostentatious, costume-like, or distracting to the learning environment. Examples include, but are not limited to, animal ears, tails, tiaras, costume wings, and similar novelty accessories. Exceptions may be approved for designated school spirit days, holidays, or special events".

They ways in which dress code is enforced will be slightly different this year:

"Elementary School Consequences for Violating the Dress Code

1st-3rd Violation – Parent communication by the school with requirement to change into dress code appropriate attire.

    • Parents may either bring clothing for their student, accept clean, used loaner clothing (which must be returned to avoid a fee), or purchase new clothing from the school store.

4th and Subsequent Violations – Parent communication by the school with requirement to change into dress code appropriate attire AND Parent conference with administration and violation documented in PHCS Skyward".

Non examples of dress code attire would be polka dots, strips, plaid, big logos, light blue, pink, etc.

    DashPass

No, not the one that Door Dash offers -this is an app that allows you to pick up your student safely and quickly from school. Parents, if you are new to Providence Hall Elementary standby, you will be receiving more information about DashPass along with an invitation to join in August. In the meantime you can get an idea of how it works by watching this video:

No, no la que ofrece Door Dash: esta es una aplicación que le permite recoger a su estudiante de la escuela de manera segura y rápida. Padres, si son nuevos en el modo de espera de Providence Hall Elementary, recibirán más información sobre DashPass junto con una invitación para unirse. Mientras tanto puedes hacerte una idea de cómo funciona viendo este vídeo:
