PRINCIPAL'S NOTE

We had a marvelous turnout for our Open House last Thursday. Thank you very much for coming out and meeting your child's teacher. We had an incredible response to our book fair! There was a line waiting to cash out the entire evening. Profits from the book fair are used to supplement the library collection, provide summer reading materials to students, and purchase enrichment materials for the library. A big thank you to Patty McLaughlin for her help in setting up the book fair, working at it during the week and for breaking it down, and packing up all the books!

Speaking of volunteers, we are still in need of volunteers to supervise our Wednesday morning Great Starts. If you know of someone who would be willing to help, please let us know and we will make sure they get a volunteer form, which we will submit to the Central Office.

RETURN FORMS

The RSU1 Technology department has sent home forms for 3rd-5th graders today: a white form parents need to review with their student and parent signs each line, then returns to PES, and a bright green form if they want their child to be able to bring home a Chromebook. If that is the case, complete and return the bright green form to school as well. Thank you.
