FROM THE NURSE
Hello parents,
Important School Health & Medication Requirements
To keep your child safe at school, parents please deliver all completed health paperwork directly to the school nurse as soon as possible. We can only accept medications in the clinic with a current medical order. These orders must be updated each school year.
If your child needs medication or medical care during the day, please supply the clinic with:
Backup EpiPens (Required in the clinic even if authorized to self-carry)
Backup Inhalers or Seizure-Rescue Medications
All Necessary Diabetic Supplies
Daily meds prescribed by a doctor
OTC meds requested by the parent
Medication Policy: Students in all grade levels across the district are prohibited from carrying medication without an annual prescriber order and nurse authorization on file in the clinic.
Thank you for your cooperation!
We still have a few cases of hand, foot, and mouth in 4th and 7th grades.
We have a few strep cases scattered among all grades.
Thank you!
