From the Desk of Principal Henderson
Dear Riley Parents, Guardians, and Scholars,
We are approaching the end of the third quarter. The third quarter grading period ends on March 14, 2025. I want to encourage our scholars to work hard and never give up. The faculty, staff, and administration will stand strong with you and your scholar.
"Education is not preparation for life; education is life itself." - John Dewey;
WE WILL CONTINUE RAISE THE BAR AT RILEY!
I am looking forward to working with you and your student as we work toward an academically successful school year. I can promise you the best of myself for your students each and every day. Please do not hesitate to contact me at shenderson2@sbcsc.k12.in.us if you have any questions or concerns during the year.
Our Goals:
1) Get students reading on grade level
2) A 95% attendance rate
3) A 90% graduation rate
We greatly appreciate the value that each and every one of our scholars and families brings to Riley. WE ARE THE PRIDE OF THE SOUTHSIDE! WE ARE #RILEYSTRONG!
