As the days grow longer and the weather becomes more inviting, it’s natural for students to feel the pull of outdoor activities and distractions. While we encourage enjoying the fresh air and sunshine, we also want to emphasize the importance of staying engaged in learning through the final months of the school year. Maintaining focus now will help ensure a strong finish and continued growth. Please partner with us in reminding your child about the value of staying on track, completing assignments, and making the most of every learning opportunity. Together, we can balance both learning and enjoying the beauty of spring.

Thank you for partnering with eCampus to support the educational journey of your child/ren. Our continued partnership and support is valued and valuable.

As we move forward, we encourage you to nurture a love of reading at home by dedicating at least 20 minutes each day to reading. This simple habit can have a profound impact on your child's development and long-term success.

eCampus STEAM Day eCampus STEAM Day

eCampus Academy’s STEAM Day was a fantastic success for the lower grades, filled with hands-on learning, creativity, and excitement. Students eagerly engaged in a variety of STEAM activities that sparked curiosity and problem-solving skills. A highlight of the day was the construction of leprechaun traps, where young learners applied their engineering and design thinking to craft clever contraptions in hopes of catching a mischievous leprechaun. To top it all off, each student received a leprechaun of their own! Thank you for those in attendance!

Students in 3rd and 5th grade are tested on Reading and Math. 4th graders are tested on Reading, Math, Science, and Social Studies. This testing is vital to our school report card and gives you valuable insight to your child’s academic progress. See the email from Angel Vander Steeg for sign up information.

4K Learners- April is not a reporting month. If you would like to reassess your learner, you are more than welcome to do so. Please mark an “x” by the skillset that they were able to complete without any assistance. The last assessment check in will be in May.

Upcoming Testing- Just a reminder that while we begin to enter the closing half of the school year, your learner will be participating in various assessments. These assessments are a great tool to help gauge your learners' understanding of the concepts that have been taught so far this year, and help make a roadmap for future learning. Please establish an environment where your learner can be successful especially by minimizing distractions and volume.

Aleks Daily Work Time

If you have a math class, you are expected to work on it for about an hour every day, 5 days a week. What is the single most important math skill? The ability to consistently work on your math! To encourage daily work, Mrs. Barr hosts math hour Monday - Friday from 10 AM - 11 AM. Join the CLASS app during this time (only Mrs. Barr can see you and/or your screen) and have a time/place to stay on pace with your math and ask questions when you need to (and get help right away!). You will find the link to the CLASS link on your SPLP landing page on your ALEKS class.

💫 Honor Roll 💫

We are thrilled to introduce an Honor Roll system that recognizes the hard work and dedication of our high school students. This initiative highlights their academic achievements and serves as a celebration of their commitment to excellence. We look forward to sharing this new tradition with you as we continue to support and inspire our students to reach their full potential!

High School Honor Roll and High Honor Roll will be computed on a trimester basis. Honor Roll will be calculated five business days after the close of each trimester using only final calculated and submitted grades within Skyward. All student work must be submitted by the last day of the grading period to be considered for Honor Roll. A list of Honor Roll students will be posted in the eCampus Newsletter and eCampus Social Media. Students must be enrolled in a minimum of four classes to qualify for Honor Roll and have at least four final grades entered within Skyward.

  1. 3.500 and higher: High Honors

  2. 3.200– 3.499: Honors

Dual Credit Options Dual Credit Options

Start College Now (SCN)

Start College Now provides an opportunity for high school students to earn college credit and high school credit at the same time. High school juniors and seniors are eligible to take classes during the Fall and Spring semesters. Tuition and books are paid by the school district. Contact eCampus for more information as deadlines do apply for each semester and can vary by Technical College.

Credits earned can by applied towards a degree at the Technical College and many other Wisconsin colleges.

Early College Credit Program (ECCP)

The ECCP statute allows Wisconsin public and private high school students to take one or more courses at an institution of higher education for high school and/or college credit. Under this section, “institution of higher education” means an institution within the University of Wisconsin System, a tribally controlled college, or a private, nonprofit institution of higher education located in the state. While technical colleges are not eligible institutions under the new program, pupils that have completed 10th grade will continue to have the option to take courses at technical colleges through a separate statute, 38.12(14).

Students MUST submit their ECCP applications (no exceptions) to their school by:

  • October 1 for spring courses
  • February 1 for summer courses
  • March 1 for fall courses
