A Message from Ms. Peterson
Hello MCP3 Families,
As we begin our final weeks of school, we want to thank you for your partnership, support, and all the wonderful memories we've shared this year. June is a special time to celebrate together how much our scholars have learned and grown. We look forward to making these last weeks full of fun, laughter, and meaningful moments as we finish the school year strong!
The ABC countdown to summer continues this week! Scholars enjoyed a popcorn treat for "p," painted with Q-tips for "Q," conducted a rainbow experiment with skittles for "R," and created art with stickers for "S." It was incredible hearing our scholars' predictions about what would happen when the hot water was added to the skittles that bordered the paper plate. Scholars predictions included; they would melt, explode, get nasty/sticky, change colors, they colors would come together. It was so fun to see their reactions and expressions as the colors slowly ran towards the middle making a rainbow on the plate! Scholars exclaimed, "This is so cool!" "I love this!"
