Gifted and Talented
A student may be referred for the gifted and talented program at any time by teachers, school counselors, parents, or other interested persons. Here is the link to the Gifted/Talented Student Referral Form. This form must be completed and submitted by January 8, 2027. If you have specific questions, please feel free to reach out to Mrs. Riley at kimberly.riley@magnoliaisd.org.
EES General Information
- Early morning drop off time in the cafeteria is 6:30 am-7:45 am. After 7:45, you will be asked to join the car rider line in the front.
- Doors open at 7:55 am
- Students are tardy at 8:40 am
- School releases at 3:55 pm
- Early checkout end at 3:10 pm. No transportation changes will be made after this time. If you need to make a change to transportation, you must call the front office. Those are required before 3:10 pm.
Important News
- School bus riders - Please be patient for the first couple of weeks as busses will take longer than normal and drivers and kids are getting to know their routes.
- If students are eating breakfast at school, they must be here no later than 8:25 am. Instruction begins promptly at 8:40 am.
- If needing to change the way a student is going home, please send a note or call the office by 3:10pm.
- Parents are always welcome to eat lunch with their child only. There is special seating available.
- We are unable to accept student lunch deliveries from outside sources via Uber or Door Dash.
- Early checkout ends at 3:10 pm.
