Partnering Together for Student Success Partnering Together for Student Success

As we enter our second card marking, it is a great time to reflect on the progress students have made so far and continue building positive habits that will support their success throughout the school year. As parents and caregivers, you play an important role in setting your child up for success each day at school. Simple routines at home can make a big difference! Making sure students get a good night's sleep, arrive at school on time, eat a healthy breakfast, and come prepared with the materials they need helps create a positive start to the day. Just as important is encouraging good attendance, reading together, practicing responsibility, and talking with your child about their learning and experiences at school. We also encourage families to actively monitor their child's use of technology and social media, especially when communicating with school friends outside of school hours. Remind children that kindness, respect, and responsible behavior are just as important online as they are in the classroom. When families and schools work together, students feel supported, confident, and ready to learn.

Thank you for being our partners in helping every student reach their full potential!

Keeping Kids Safe on Social Media Keeping Kids Safe on Social Media

Social media is a part of many children’s lives, and helping them navigate the online world safely starts at home. Parents play an important role in guiding, monitoring, and teaching responsible online behavior. Take a few minutes to review the tips in the flyer below for simple ways to stay involved, set boundaries, encourage open communication, and promote healthy screen-time habits. Working together, we can help our children become safe, respectful, and responsible digital citizens!
