CES Happenings

Dear CES Family,

Thanks very much to all of you that took the time to come in for parent conferences this week. Good communication between school and parents makes such a difference in the quality of the educational experiences of our students.

I want to encourage to volunteer in your child's classroom. Your participation makes such a difference both in the quality of what we do and also the number of special experiences we are able to provide for our students. Also, it's great for our other students to see you on campus. It sends a very clear message that adults care about them. I've been able to observe this first hand these past few weeks. I'm very grateful for our parent community.

Have a great weekend! Fall weather is definitely here and there's lots of beauty to enjoy this time of year. I hope you can get outdoors.

Sincerely,

Scott Cory

Congratulations to our Students of the Week!

Each week at our Monday Morning Meetings we have a special time where we honor our students of the week. Each teacher can select a student that she deems worthy of recognition for a variety of reasons such as being responsible, kind, working hard, being a good friend and standing up for someone when they need support. The students selected this past week for recognition were Kaiya Kirby, Luke Upton, Josiah Osorio, AJ Alvarez, Rilynn Russell and Travis Roelofson. Congratulations and thanks for being such great Volcanoes!
