Students need to bring these items with them to school on Friday.
-Grey Wolf Band water bottle filled with ice and water
-Formal Uniform Parts for game
- Band - long black socks, marching shoes, compression shirt and shorts, gloves
- Color guard - show hair and makeup, body tights, long black socks, show undergarments, and guard shoes
- A letter jacket, the TMF band jacket, or layers may be worn under the the uniform to stay warm at the game
Bus Assignments - All students will be sharing a seat on the bus.
~3:45 pm Departure from DHS
- Band Bus 1 #465 (Fish) - McClendon + 2 chaperones + anthem singer + 5th period winds + tenors
~4:15 pm Departure from DHS
- Band Bus 2 #441 (Crisp) - Keyes + 2 chaperones + 3rd period winds + front ensemble + snares
- Band Bus 3 #446 (Strives) - 2 chaperones + 6th period winds + bass drums
Schedule for the day
2:45 pm (6th period) - All band and color guard students report to band hall, load truck, and get dressed into half uniform
3:45 pm - Bus 1 departs
4:15 pm - Busses 2,3,4 depart
6:00 pm - Eat Chic-fil-a
6:30 pm - Unload truck
7:30 - Davenport v. Calhoun Playoff Football Game
12:30 - Approximate pick-up time at DHS Band Hall - A remind message will be send out when we are on the road with a more accurate pick-up time
