Congratulations to all our State Qualifiers!

We are proud to recognize and congratulate our outstanding student-athletes who have qualified for State competition!

In Wrestling, Jamond has earned his place at State through hard work, determination, and an incredible competitive spirit. His dedication throughout the season has truly paid off.

In Diving, both River and Everix have demonstrated exceptional skill, focus, and perseverance. Their commitment to refining their technique and pushing themselves each day has led them to this impressive achievement. This is River's 4th year at State Diving and he's coming in with the highest sectional score in the state. Everix qualified for his first state diving meet in just his 3rd season of diving.

In Powerlifting, Connor and Kirah have shown tremendous strength—both physically and mentally. Their discipline and relentless training have earned them well-deserved spots at the State level.

Qualifying for State is a significant accomplishment and a testament to the countless hours of preparation, resilience, and teamwork these athletes have invested. We are incredibly proud of each of you and look forward to cheering you on as you represent our school.

Congratulations, and best of luck at State!

Boys & Girls Club Warrior Challenge - Feb. 27

The Oshkosh Boys and Girls Club is facilitating their second annual "Warrior Challenge" event at the Oshkosh Club on Friday, February 27th, 2026 from 5-7pm. We wanted to extend an invitation to high schoolers at Oshkosh West to attend and participate in this exciting evening!

This event brings together the military branches, police department, and fire department--where each branch or service organization features a particular fitness challenge/activity (pull-ups, push-ups, wall-sit, burpees, etc.) and teens get a chance to demonstrate their athletic ability while also getting an amazing opportunity to consider what military or government service might look like as a career.

Teens grades 6-12 are welcome, but we are also making sure to make a consolidated effort to bring in juniors and seniors--those that are more critically thinking about their future careers and would benefit by speaking to a recruiter.

We are serving a full dinner, and have a variety of prizes we will be awarding--raffle prizes, prizes for completing all the events, prizes for the top scorers, and more!

📱 Phone Free February – Current Standings Update!

In conjunction with OASD and the “Look Up, Oshkosh! The SMART Social Project,” February has brought an exciting initiative to Oshkosh North led by our Spartan PRIDE Student Committee — Phone Free February!

This friendly competition encourages students to limit cell phone use during the school day and focus on learning, responsibility, and living the Spartan Way.

Rather than simply counting referrals, this challenge is all about growth and improvement. Each grade level is working to reduce its number of cell phone referrals compared to January. The winner will be the grade that shows the greatest percentage decrease from January to February.

🏆 Current Standings after this week

1st place: Seniors

2nd place: Sophomores

3rd place: Juniors

4th place: Freshmen

🚨Juniors and Families of Junior Students 🚨

Direct Admit Wisconsin is an initiative by the Universities of Wisconsin to proactively offer admission to qualified Wisconsin high school students. The Oshkosh Area School District will provide more specific information to our juniors in late April. In the meantime, sign up for a virtual information session if you want to learn more!

📣 Message from the Booster Club

Concession Stand Volunteers Needed
The Oshkosh North Booster Club is looking for parent and student volunteers to help staff the concession stand at upcoming events. The Booster Club plays a vital role in supporting Oshkosh North athletics and activities by helping fund equipment, uniforms, team needs, and special opportunities for our students. The concession stand is one of the biggest ways they make that support possible, and they can’t do it without volunteers. Parents are encouraged to help, and students are also welcome to volunteer. Please consider signing up to support our Spartan community at the link below. If your student participates in a sport, please add their sport after your name when signing up.
